EasyPath’s ARA Hybridizer is an advanced automatic device designed to perform in situ hybridization in CISH and FISH techniques. With highly precise temperature and time controls, the ARA offers essential reliability for consistent, high-quality results. Each process is fully monitored and controlled via touch-screen panel, with the possibility of exporting reports via USB stick, ideal for high-demand laboratory environments.
Capacity and Precise Temperature and Time Control
With the capacity to process up to 12 slides at a time, the ARA Hybridizer offers precise temperature control, ranging from 5°C to 100°C, with adjustable settings from 0°C to 100°C and accuracy of +/- 1°C. Thermal uniformity is also maintained at +/- 1°C, ensuring even heat distribution across all slides for more reliable results.
Versatility of Programming and Process Control
The ARA has three customizable programming modes:
- Denaturation and Hybridization: Complete processes for maximum efficiency.
- Hybridization: Programming dedicated only to the hybridization cycle.
- Multiple Editable Steps: Flexibility to customize various steps according to the needs of the protocol.
Fast heating and cooling performance
The heating time of the ARA from 37°C to 95°C is approximately 2 minutes, while the cooling time from 95°C to 45°C is around 6 minutes, optimizing workflow and ensuring agility in the hybridization processes.
